NEW STEAM BATH DESIGN:

We have made major improvements to the interior of the Doria Center, including a new steam room and a renovated design of the common areas, to provide you with an even more comfortable and welcoming environment.

NEW PARKING FOR BICYCLES:

In response to the increasing number of members reaching the club by bicycle, we have created a dedicated parking lot within the club to ensure safety and convenience for all our cyclists.

SPORTSWEAR:

We are excited to announce that within the club you will find a new line of sportswear for sale.

This collection has been carefully selected to ensure your comfort and impeccable style during every workout.

REFORMER PILATES

The Pilates Reformer is a comprehensive workout that uses innovative machinery to improve strength, flexibility and balance, ensuring correct posture and total well-being.

POLE DANCE

A complete physical activity that combines acrobatic dance and gymnastics by involving the entire body muscles as they move and perform vaults and figures along a vertical pole.

BOXE

A dynamic and engaging experience focused on learning traditional boxing techniques. Workouts aim to improve agility, coordination and strength.

PILATES

An effective method for improving strength, flexibility, breathing and posture. Through precise, controlled exercises, a stronger, more balanced body is achieved, reducing the risk of injury and promoting mental well-being.

SPINNING
